• Property drive throughs and walkabouts for enforcement of rules, regulations and bylaws

Communications

• Community-wide notifications via emails and text alerts

• Distribute homeowner and Board communications  

• In-person orientations for new owners

• Board meeting preparation and facilitation 

• Homeowner software for online payments, communication, shared association, documents, submission of maintenance requests and architectural reviews 

• Conflict resolution service by a qualified QMHP to resolve homeowner complaints

Maintenance

• Contract bidding and negotiation with vendors and contractors 

• Scheduling and supervision of contract work and capital improvements 

• Maintain positive relationships with high quality vendors and contractors 

• Dedicated maintenance person for small jobs and projects
